Truckee Financial Group is an independent agency that specializes in Life Insurance, Annuities and Tax Free retirement planning. We are located just off the eastern slope of the Sierra Nevada’s in Reno, NV. Being in Nevada gives our clients a tax friendly environment.
We used the name “Truckee”, which means “everything is all right” – when you experience working with TFG, all your finances and insurance needs will be all right.

Being independent gives us the flexibility to create custom plans using over 20 highly rated insurance companies. We thrive in providing our clients with the freedom to choose their best option.

Our leadership starts with Matias Leiva, our founder and CEO. An immigrant from Argentina, Matias found the insurance industry right after HS. In 2006 he began sharing life insurance while attending Sierra College in Rocklin, CA. After studying Finance and Business Law, Matias saw the opportunity to expand nationwide by helping our clients gain access to our agency virtually.
